Comedians

Anthony Terribile

Anthony Terribile has already accomplished much in the Hudson Valley Comedy scene. He has performed at Levity Live, Bananas and twice at the Serious Laughs Arts & Comedy Festival. He has performed at the Cape May comedy festival. He has been featured in sevral articles in the Times-Herald Record. He was a two time regional finalist in the 2013 WPDH Funniest Person in the Hudson Valley Competition and is the current reigning Banana's Comedy Club Champion... Oh yeah. And he's only 15 years-old! How has he accomplished so much in so little time? There's only one way to find out...)

When asked how he started in comedy his response was......

I thought that if I started early I would be out of drug rehab or at least have a grip on my crack problem by the time I finish High school. Just kidding the truth is that I have a sister who is 2 years younger than me. She has cerebral palsy. When we were younger my parents and I used to travel all over to different hospitals. When we were at the hospitals there were always other kids who had disabilities like my sister. I always used to make them and their siblings laugh by telling jokes or fooling around.

Than I started doing skits in Boy Scouts. Someone filmed it and sent it to Kevin Lee at Bananas Comedy Club. Kevin Lee than gave me a chance to do an open mic there.

My parents always taught me if I want to do something start young. Professional baseball players don’t start at 21 years old. They start younger to get the training early.
